Ornamental Plants

More Ornamental Plants is a biome mod themed around botanical decoration, bringing the beauty of Eastern gardens into Minecraft. It adds a variety of classic ornamental plants native to China, such as famous flowering trees: Mei Blossom, Crabapple; colorful foliage trees: Ginkgo, Chinese Parasol; and renowned flowers: Chinese Rose, Herbaceous Peony, Camellia, and more. This mod introduces thirty-three new biomes and six structures, waiting for you to explore!

New Tree Types
Mei, Crabapple, Apricot, Peach, Pear, Purple-leaf Plum, Osmanthus, Ginkgo, Chinese Parasol, Sweetgum, Camphor, Dove Tree, Chinaberry, Desert Poplar.

New Plants
Herbaceous Peony, Chinese Rose, Chrysanthemum, Cymbidium, Lotus, Camellia, Azalea (more varieties), Wintersweet, Cotton Rose, Crape Myrtle, Chinese Wisteria, Fountain Grass, Miscanthus, Mottled Bamboo, Black Bamboo, as well as The Four Great Peonies.
Some plants can be crafted into cut flowers, such as Herbaceous Peony and Chinese Rose. Hold shears in your main hand and a flower in your off-hand, then right-click to obtain the corresponding cut flower.

Flower Forest Biomes
• Red Mei Forest: A snowy forest dominated by Red Bone Mei, with Wintersweet growing on the forest floor.
• Fragrant Snow Sea: A snowy forest dominated by Jiang Mei, Green Calyx Mei, White Weeping Mei, and Green Weeping Mei, with Fragrant Snow Petals on the ground.
• The Peach Blossom Spring: A fairyland where Ornamental Peach and Wild Peach grow, with Peach Pink Petals on the ground. The sky and water have a light pink tint, and Floating Blossoms (Ornamental/Wild Peach Petals) drift in the air.
• The Apricot Spring Plateau: A plateau where Pink Apricot and White Apricot grow, with Spring Petals on the ground.
• Penglai: A mythical island mountain in the sea, home to Versicolor Weeping Mei, Pink Weeping Mei, Green Weeping Mei, Crabapple, Peony, Herbaceous Peony, and Chinese Rose.
• Flowers Grove: A flowering forest dominated by Weeping Crabapple, mixed with various other flowering trees. The understory features Chinese Rose, Peony, Chrysanthemum, Orchid, Herbaceous Peony, Camellia, Azalea, Crape Myrtle, Cotton Rose, Fountain Grass, and some vanilla plants.
• Crabapple Grove: A variant of the Flowers Grove, a flowering forest primarily composed of Crabapple, with Herbaceous Peony and Peony growing beneath.
• Chinaberry Woods: An open forest dominated by Chinaberry and Camphor, with an abundance of Fountain Grass on the ground.
• Snow Woods: A flowering forest where Pear and Camphor trees grow, with Lily of the Valley on the forest floor.
• Mount Mei: A snowy mountain slope where Green Calyx Mei grows.
• Camellia Valley: A valley abundant with White Camellia, interspersed with White Apricot and Camphor trees.
• Pink Camellia Valley: A variant of Camellia Valley, abundant with Pink Camellia.
• Red Camellia Valley: A variant of Camellia Valley, abundant with Red Camellia.
Deciduous Forest Biomes
• Colored Forest: A colorful forest dominated by Ginkgo, followed by Chinese Parasol, Sweetgum, Orange Osmanthus, and Purple-leaf Plum. The ground has a bright yellow tint, with Chrysanthemum and Cotton Rose growing beneath.
• Ginkgo Forest: A forest dominated by Ginkgo, with Golden Miscanthus on the forest floor.
• Sweetgum Woods: A forest dominated by Sweetgum and Camphor, with Chinese Rose growing beneath.
• Purple Cloud: A forest dominated by Purple-leaf Plum, with Purple Chrysanthemum on the forest floor.
• Desert Poplar Woods: A desert where Desert Poplar trees grow.
Other Forest Biomes
• Evergreen Forest: A forest dominated by Camphor, followed by Chinese Parasol, Ginkgo, and White Osmanthus, with occasional Dove Trees. Orchids, vanilla orchids, and Lily of the Valley grow on the forest floor.
• Longevity Forest: A variant of the Evergreen Forest, an ancient forest featuring old-growth Camphor, Ginkgo, and Pine trees, with Chrysanthemums and Orchids growing beneath.
Plain Biomes
• Peony Sea: A sea of flowers dominated by Peony with a few Herbaceous Peonies, interspersed with Upright Crabapple.
• Peony Meadows: A sea of flowers dominated by Herbaceous Peony with a few Peonies, interspersed with Upright Crabapple.
• Chinese Rose Fields: A sea of flowers dominated by Chinese Rose with a few vanilla Rose Bushes.
• Miscanthus Fields: A plain abundant with Golden Miscanthus.
• Crops Green: A plain featuring Fountain Grass, Miscanthus, Chinese Rose, Autumn Cymbidium, and vanilla Alliums and Dandelions, with occasional Camphor and Chinaberry trees.
Plateau Biomes
• Red Highlands: Highland slopes abundant with Red Azalea, with occasional Red Bone Mei and Ornamental Peach.
• Azalea Forest: Highland slopes abundant with various Azaleas and Rhododendrons, interspersed with various Azalea trees.
• Ten-Mile Gallery: Highland slopes abundant with a wide variety of flowers, interspersed with colorful Osmanthus, Azalea trees, and Black Bamboo.
Wetland Biomes
• Furong Guo: A plain wetland abundant with Cotton Rose, Mottled Bamboo, and Black Bamboo. Lotus leaves and flowers grow plentifully in the water.
• Yunmeng Marsh: A wetland swamp where Double Pink Mei and Camphor trees grow. Summer Cymbidium grows on the forest floor, and Lotus leaves and flowers are abundant in the water.
River Biomes
• Spring River: A river with Floating Blossoms (Ornamental/Wild Peach Petals) on its surface, and Jiang Mei, Orchids, and vanilla orchids growing on its banks.
Cave Biomes
• Ziying Caves: Caves where Crape Myrtle and Chinese Wisteria grow.
• Suyu Caves: Caves where White Crape Myrtle and White Chinese Wisteria grow.

New Structures
• Little Iron Threshold Temple – A small temple generated in the Red Mei Forest.
• Peach Blossom Hermitage – A small temple generated in The Peach Blossom Spring.
• Apricot Village – A traditional Chinese-style village generated in the Camellia Valley.
• Bamboo Garden - A small Garden generated in the Cottonrose Realm.
• Mount Mei Tudi Temple – A small folk temple generated in the Mount Mei.
• XiangXue Pavilion - A traditional style pavilion generated in the Fragrant Snow Sea.

New Foods
• Bamboo Shoots – Obtained by digging up Mottled Bamboo Shoots and Black Bamboo Shoots. In version 1.21.1, they can be fed to pandas!
• Lotus Root – Obtained by harvesting Lotus flowers and leaves. In version 1.21.1, they can be fed to most farm animals.
• Lotus Seeds – Obtained by harvesting Lotus flowers. In version 1.21.1, they can be fed to some farm animals.
• Bamboo Shoots Soup, Lotus Root Soup, Lotus Seed Soup – In version 1.21.1, Lotus Root Soup can be fed to wolves and cats.
• Crabapple, Golden Crabapple, Enchanted Golden Crabapple – Function similarly to apples, but restore slightly less hunger and saturation. However, the effects provided by the (Enchanted) Golden Crabapple are slightly stronger than those of the (Enchanted) Golden Apple.

New Fuels
• Golden Miscanthus – Can smelt 3 items.

New Mobs
• Ziying Fox: Spawns in Ziying Caves. Can be tamed with Golden Crabapple. When fed Crape Myrtle or Chinese Wisteria, it produces Ziying Beads.
• Suyu Fox: Spawns in Suyu Caves. Can be tamed with Golden Crabapple. When fed White Crape Myrtle or White Chinese Wisteria, it produces Suyu Beads.
• Baihua Cat: Spawns in Flowers Grove, Crabapple Grove, and Penglai. Can be tamed with flowers. When fed Immortal Peach, Cloud Apricot, or Crabapple, it produces the corresponding fruit tree sapling. It also accelerates the growth of crops, cut flowers, and other plants within a 1-block radius.

新树种

新植物
芍药、月季、菊、兰（春兰、蕙兰、建兰、墨兰）、莲、山茶、杜鹃（更多品种）、蜡梅、芙蓉、紫薇、紫藤、狼尾草、芒草、湘妃竹、紫竹，以及牡丹四大名品等。
部分植物（例如芍药、月季等）可制作鲜切花，主手持剪刀，副手持花卉，右键鼠标即可获得对应的鲜切花。

新群系
花林群系
•白雪红梅：朱砂梅为主的雪林，林下生长有蜡梅；
•香雪海：江梅、绿萼梅、垂枝白梅以及绿萼垂枝梅为主的雪林，地面长有香雪花簇；
•世外桃源：生长有碧桃和山桃的仙境，地面长有桃红花簇，天空和水面为淡粉色，漂浮有流红、浮英；
•高原春杏：生长有粉杏和白杏的高原，地面长有春信花簇；
•蓬莱：生长有洒金垂枝梅、宫粉垂枝梅、绿萼垂枝梅、海棠、牡丹、芍药、月季的海上仙山。当玩家位于此群系时，会获得诸多正面效果；
•百花林：垂丝海棠为优势树种，并伴有其他各种花树的花林，林下生长有月季、牡丹、菊花、兰花、芍药、山茶、杜鹃、紫薇、芙蓉、狼尾草以及部分原版植物；
•烟雨海棠：百花林的变种，以海棠为主的花林，林下生长有芍药和牡丹；
•楝花林：苦楝和香樟为优势树种的疏林，林下生长有大量的狼尾草；
•晴雪林：生长有梨花和樟树的花林，林下生长有铃兰；
•梅山：生长有绿萼梅的高山雪坡；
•茶花谷：生长有大量白茶花的山谷，伴有白杏和樟树点缀；
•粉茶花谷：茶花谷的变种，生长有大量粉茶花；
•红茶花谷：茶花谷的变种，生长有大量红茶花；
落叶林群系
•彩叶林：银杏为优势树种的彩林，其次为梧桐、枫香、金桂、紫叶李，地面为亮黄色，林下生长有菊花、芙蓉；
•银杏林：银杏为主的森林，林下生长有金芒草；
•枫香林：枫香和樟树为主的森林，林下生长有月季；
•紫云林：紫叶李为主的森林，林下生长有紫菊；
•胡杨林：生长有胡杨树的沙漠；
其他森林群系
•常绿林：樟树为优势树种的森林，其次为梧桐、银杏、银桂，偶尔出现珙桐，林下生长有兰花、原版兰花和铃兰；
•长寿林：常绿林的变种，生长有古樟树、古银杏、古松树的森林，林下生长有菊花和兰花。当玩家位于此群系时，会获得生命提升的效果；
平原群系
•牡丹花海：生长有牡丹和少量芍药的花海，伴有西府海棠点缀；
•芍药花海：生长有芍药和少量牡丹的花海，伴有西府海棠点缀；
•月季花海：生长有月季和少量原版玫瑰丛的花海；
•芒草田：生长有大量金芒草的平原；
•禾青：生长有狼尾草、芒草、月季、建兰、原版绒球葱和蒲公英的平原，偶尔出现香樟和苦楝；
高原群系
•映山红：生长有大量映山红的高地山坡，偶尔出现朱砂梅和碧桃；
•百里杜鹃：生长有大量各色杜鹃的高地山坡，伴有各色杜鹃树点缀；
•十里画廊：生长有大量各色花朵的高地山坡，伴有各色的桂花树和杜鹃树以及紫竹点缀；
湿地群系
•芙蓉国：生长有大量芙蓉、湘妃竹、紫竹的平原湿地，水里生长有大量荷叶荷花；
•云梦泽：生长有宫粉梅和樟树的湿地沼泽，林下生长有蕙兰，水里生长有大量荷叶荷花；
河流群系
•春江：水面漂浮有流红、浮英的河流，岸边生长有江梅、兰花、原版兰花；
洞穴群系
•紫英洞：生长有紫薇和紫藤的洞穴；
•素玉洞：生长有白薇和银薇的洞穴；

新结构
小铁槛寺：小型寺庙，生成在白雪红梅；
桃花庵：小型寺庙，生成在世外桃源；
杏花村：中国传统乡村风格的村庄，生成在茶花谷；
竹园：小型园林，生成在芙蓉国；
梅山土地庙：民间小庙，生成在梅山；
香雪亭：传统风亭子，生成在香雪海；

新食物
竹笋：通过挖掘湘妃竹笋和紫竹竹笋获得，食用恢复3饥饿值、1.8饱和度，在1.21.1版本可以喂食熊猫！
莲藕：通过采集荷花荷叶获得，食用恢复3饥饿值、1.8饱和度，在1.21.1版本可以喂食大部分农场生物；
莲子：通过采集荷花获得莲蓬，一个莲蓬五个莲子，食用恢复1饥饿值、0.6饱和度，在1.21.1版本可以喂食部分农场生物；
竹笋汤、莲藕汤、莲子汤：食用恢复6饥饿值、7.2饱和度，莲藕汤在1.21.1版本可以喂食狼和猫；
海棠果、金海棠果、附魔金海棠果：与苹果类似，但是恢复的饥饿值和饱和度稍低。（附魔）金海棠果提供的效果比（附魔）金苹果稍强，时长稍短。

新燃料
金芒草：可以燃烧3个物品。

新生物
紫英狐：生成在紫英洞，用金海棠果驯服，喂食紫薇或者紫藤可以产出紫英珠；
素玉狐：生成在素玉洞，用金海棠果驯服，喂食白薇或者银藤可以产出素玉珠；
百花猫：生成在百花林、烟雨海棠和蓬莱，用花朵驯服，喂食仙桃、云杏或者海棠果可以产出对应的果树，会催熟附近1格范围内的作物、切花等植物。
