OneBlock Update Summary (1.21.10 & 1.21.11)

What was added

• New options so server owners can choose what kinds of items can appear. This includes spawners and other blocks / items
• Extra switches in the admin panel to turn those options on or off.
• Better saving of settings so they stay after restarts.
• A small update to how tool wear is handled with gentle drops.
