Fixes & Changes:

• Fixed Bouncy Bubble recipe not working.

• Fixed Lich ambient sound server-client crash

• Fixed Player's Fire Tornadoes not being powered by Potency enchantment

• Fixed Viziers spawning Irks despite not taking any damage.

• Fixed Thunderstorm spell only visually have their size increase but not actually.

• Fixed(?) Void Rifts absorbing their owner's projectiles and servants.

• Improved Radius enchantment effect on Haunted Skulls.

• Command Horn range is now configurable.

• Heretics can now summon Hellhounds.

• Whisperers, Redstone Golems and Monstrosities will no longer attempt to play their walk animation when hurt while they're not on their idle animation.
