Fixes

• Fixed sample rate issues which caused audio to sound strange or pop with higher pitches; the sound also sounded more high pitched than normal with higher sample rate songs
• Fixed an audio player possible memory leak and improved stability
• Fixed some possible mod possible incompatibilities
• Fixed a crash when the audio device changed (or some rare but possible race conditions while using minecraft button sounds) while an audio stream is running
• Fixed the contraption controller that would do strange things to the audio player
• Now the audio player UUID is truly unique, and more edge cases are handled; no more playing audio without the block being there and working should be possible.
