overhaul of the sky island world generation, similar but better!

different world type affect the world gen now (amplified is cool and flat worlds are finally working)
added custom spare island world type
cave biomes generate now, adding more variety to lower layers
surface has more height variety now
added mushroom fields biome generation
new custom ceiling decorators for flower forest and some taiga biomes
