added custom stars using amethyst cluster to the end dimension
added custom tree to the end highlands biome
added custom ground to the end highlands biome
added rare blue ice "vines" to the cold biomes
added full block glow lichen vines to the cold biomes and end highlands biome
modified river biome, now contains bodies of water, beach shipwreck structure and the treasure chest
modified birch forests to be more similar to the original exosphere pack
